The Cyberspace Administration of China has required websites to only allow users who have finished real-name registration to make comments on the Internet, according to a new rule.
據(jù)一項(xiàng)最新規(guī)定，國家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息辦公室要求網(wǎng)站只能允許通過了實(shí)名注冊的用戶在網(wǎng)上發(fā)表評論。
The rule with 13 articles, which will become effective on Oct. 1, specifies responsibilities of both website operators and users as well as measures to protect user privacy.
這項(xiàng)規(guī)定共有13條內(nèi)容，將于10月1日生效，它明確規(guī)范了網(wǎng)站運(yùn)營商和用戶的責(zé)任，以及保護(hù)用戶隱私的措施。
An official with the administration said the rules aim to improve management of online comments in accordance with China's recently implemented Cyber Security Law.
